Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the ParityAppKit macOS application (the "Software"), published by SPLURB. By downloading, activating or using the Software, you ("you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. Publisher

  • SPLURB — Société à responsabilité limitée (SARL), share capital €1,500
  • SIREN 832 910 632 · SIRET 832 910 632 00013 · RCS Grenoble
  • Intra-community VAT: FR74832910632
  • Registered office: Le Pré Soleil Bât B, 81 avenue du 14 Juillet 1789, 38420 Le Versoud, France
  • Contact: support@parityappkit.com

2. Definitions

  • Software — the ParityAppKit application for macOS and its updates.
  • License — the right to use the Software, granted on purchase.
  • You — the individual or entity that purchased or uses the License.

3. License grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, SPLURB grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable annual License to install and use the Software on one Mac (one activation per License). The License includes all Software updates released during its term.

4. Activation and internet validation

The Software is activated and periodically validated online through Lemon Squeezy. A validated License continues to work offline for up to 7 days; after that, an internet connection is required to re-validate. A valid, active License is required to use the Software.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • resell, rent, sublicense, share or transfer your License or license key;
  • copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent French law permits;
  • circumvent or disable the activation, validation or update mechanisms;
  • use the Software unlawfully or in breach of any third party's rights or agreements.

6. Purchases, pricing and taxes

Licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase and handles payment processing and applicable VAT at checkout. Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future purchases — including launch pricing that increases as seats fill. A price change never affects a License you have already bought during its current term.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email support@parityappkit.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund your License. This is in addition to any statutory rights you may have.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own App Store Connect API keys, for the data in your account, and for any price changes you choose to push to App Store Connect. You must comply with Apple's developer agreements and applicable laws. The Software is a calculation and publishing tool; it does not provide pricing, financial, tax or legal advice, and you remain solely responsible for the prices you set.

9. Third-party services

The Software relies on third-party services — notably Apple (App Store Connect and iTunes Lookup) and Lemon Squeezy (licensing and payment). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. SPLURB is not responsible for third-party services or for changes Apple makes to its APIs, price points or territories.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that computed prices will be accurate for every territory at all times.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SPLURB's total liability arising out of or relating to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your License during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your License if you materially breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including restrictions, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Grenoble, France. ParityAppKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
